Do you have a Concrete Sealing project that is just too much
work and need it done in a timely fashion?
We offer a Concrete sealing as a byproduct of our pressure washing service to client’s to help protect the surface of their concrete, pavers, stamped concrete, pools decks, brick patio’s, Stone Pool Deck’s. This will help the stone surface from the harsh weather and foot traffic. Sealing concrete will allow clean the surface easier and looks shinny and new.
If fact most client’s say they are able to maintain their sealed surface with a broom and the hose. We will generally do our concrete sealing 24-48 hours after providing our pressure washing service on your driveway of pool deck. This area will be cleaned first. Roped off to keep cars and foot traffic off the surface. We don’t want anything to prevent the sealant from sticky and lasting a long time. We will also do a 2 part sealing process to make sure all areas of the surface are covered properly.
If not done right you could see bubbles in the surface of the sealant that would have to be removed and reapplied. When sealing a concrete surface it’s very important to make sure the surface is extremely clean as the sealant applied will cover anything on the surface including oil and dirt. So we make sure all pressure washing done is protected without traffic until the sealant is applied for the best results. If concrete it’s sealed properly you can see what looks like a chalky surface because of the weather and UV rays from the sun.
As expensive as it is installing new concrete you want to make sure and protect it as long as you can. We will generally provide concrete sealing after pressure washing to an average of 20-30% and can be 2 1/5 times more expensive than the pressure washing itself.
We stand behind all of our concrete sealing we do and offer a non slip additive to high traffic area’s around pools upon request. Make sure if interested in our sealing process that this is discussed at the time we provide our pressure washing service as this is important to protect the area cleaned before the sealing process begins. We are offering concrete sealing service in both Kansas and Missouri in the following cities but are not limited to these cities: Kansas City, Overland Park, Blue Springs, Shawnee, Sugar Creek, Riverside, Independence, Parkville, Lenexa, Leawood, Platte Woods, Randolph and Raytown.
